AHF (AIDS Healthcare Foundations) files a complaint in the court of the county of Los Angeles to demand condom use in the production of porn movies.
Viewing the passivity of DHP (Department of Public Health, Los Angeles) AHF (AIDS Healthcare Foundations) one of the most reputable existing organizations to establish prevention programs and research about AIDS, has decided to sue for judicial via the Supreme Court Los Angeles to the above mentioned governmental body, AHF argues that nothing has been done since we met in a positive AIDS performer last June and the alarming increase of STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) in the porn industry and its derivatives to state's public life.

LA Times Reports. The request: We present a case against the Department of Public Health in the district court to enforce the regulation for the mandatory use of condoms in adult film productions or take any other reasonable way to curb the spread of disease sexual transmission.
Los Angeles (July 16, 2009) In response to the passivity that is breathed in LA County after the outbreak of the case of HIV in the porn industry last June and the hundreds 
reports of infection of sexually transmitted diseases in the porn industry in LA. AIDS HEALTHCARE FOUNDATIONS (AHF) will give a press conference on Friday 17 July at 10.30 am to announce the process of claim against the Department of Public Health Angeles (DPH) to the enforced use of condoms in the production of pornographic films.
The lawsuit has been filed in the Superior Court trial of California, County of Los Angeles (Case No. BS121665) on Wednesday July 16 and thus seeks a court order mandate that try to convince the Department of Health Los Angeles Public to make a state order to help combat the epidemic of sexually transmitted diseases as a result of the production of porn movies filmed in Los Angeles.

"The Department of Public Health has a responsibility to try to control the STD (sexually transmitted diseases) in LA County particularly in places where porn films, ap 
esar to have this responsibility, 29 days after an explosion released a virus as deadly as HIV in the porn industry, the LA County has not taken a single measure to try this serious health problem, "said Michael Weinstein, President of AIDS Healthcare Foundations "as health professionals skilled in HIV and STD is our obligation to pursue the LA County in this matter, which goes beyond not only the spread of HIV but also for the hundreds of cases sexually transmitted disease that is in the porn industry in LA right now, an epidemic of STDs that is virtually ignored by the Department of Public Health, Los Angeles, this is no longer just a problem that concerns the porn industry but the problem is spreading outside the sets of porn shoots as long as the performers have sex with people outside the porn business and knowing that there is no firewall between porn performers and the general public.
The fact is that the DHP is aware of the growing crisis expanding sexually transmitted diseases in the American porn industry in addition to having reliable information about it. DHP (Department of Public Health in Los Angeles) has cited numerous cuts in the f
