Downward Spiral (Frank Major and Andrew Youngman, 2008)
(For Jesus Garcia ) Private premiered last year one of his productions star of the season, "Downward Spiral". Major and Youngman were responsible for the direction of the chambers of this thriller. And before the camera, the Swedish girls stood a squad of luxury that included Bambi, Zafira, Eve Angel, Sandy, Sophie Moone, Nikki Rider, Simony Diamond, Bridgett, Clara G, Cindy Hope, Leanna Sweet, Kyra Black, Cayenne Klein and Kathia Nobili.
Sandy is a flight attendant and is willing to spend two days away from home for work. However, catching a taxi to the airport strays and abandoned in a district populated by dark and away from prostitutes, pimps and bums.
As you would expect in a Private production, the technique is exceptional. Lighting, image quality, planning, art direction, set design, costumes, makeup, music ... everything is luxury. However, the edition fails during the story, revealing the skill of the editor (such a Chainsaw) in the scenes of sex, but its lack to the narrative.
Still, the narrative is one of the strengths of the film. "Downward Spiral" presents a simple story and attractive and not fall into the mistake of trying to develop too much or pretend to be something more complex and important, as happened to the recent failed "Private: Ghost Lovers", which develops a good idea initial and is half a result of low level (if not you do something good, do not go to development). Major and Youngman leave the development of history in the approach and beyond, we only offer sex with small interludes of argument that they maintain the atmosphere of suspense and tension, ending appropriately with Sandy crazy in a store.
But if something is marked Private is his girls and their sex scenes and, as usual, this time not fail us. The film presents us with seven sex scenes strong and varied.
