The government vetoes the issue of porn in open

The Spanish government has amended the draft Audiovisual Act to prohibit the broadcasting of pornography and gratuitous violence in open. Initially, the project included the possibility that these contents were cast in open overnight. The only exception to this rule is that we can secure conditional access and parental control option.
The amendments of the draft, the new wording includes "all audiovisual products distributed through audiovisual media service should have an age rating." The State Council of Audiovisual Media (CEMA) was created with the future law to undertake the supervision and control of qualifications, rather than their own television networks.
