Enters into force the new Audiovisual Law that prohibits the issuance of porn and violence at times when children
Saturday came into force the new Audiovisual Law that prohibits the broadcast of pornographic scenes including series, movies or TV broadcasters. This Act was approved on 18 March at the Congress of Deputies. The current legislation provides that the contents can be harmful to children under 18 must be drawn between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.. Programs related to gambling, except lotteries public purposes, such as the Lottery may be issued only between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.. Esoteric programs or so-called "occult", will only be issued between 10:00 p.m. and 07am.
At present we do not know if the usual junk and recognized programs such as "Save me from Luxe" will be included in this new regulation, which is allegedly trying to defend minors removing certain content in children's time. Although we fear that it will not be.
