France bans porn on the TV without the use of condoms
The legislation affects nine cable channels in France. However, those operators (satellite or ADSL) that offer adult content on demand, are not affected because their contents are not regulated by the French Higher Audiovisual Council (CSA). "The risk assumed by the actors when they have unprotected sex on movie is real," said ACT UP, the organization that fights AIDS in France.
In the case of Spain, porn actors are far from using a condom in his films. To see a porn film in Spain every actor has to present analysis to show that does not have AIDS, venereal disease or hepatitis. In this way they can keep safe sex on camera without using a condom. Although France is far from pornographic channels, movies with blockbuster bed scenes are very sensitive not condom use.
