Making porn in a Cooperative
(For Paco Gisbert ) - At age 40, Robert Valtueña entered this crisis that happens when everyone thinks the best thing in life is behind you and not before. To solve it, decided to face new challenges in their careers and set out to shoot porn. It was something I always wanted, even in secret, and, once the 40, was encouraged to do so.
He shot a short film, "The woman in the mirror," which won second prize in the form at the Festival in Barcelona in 2004. That convinced him that he could combine his work as a sound engineer with the shooting of quality adult films. Because Robert wanted to make quality porn, no sex as the filmmaker shooting a documentary for television after dinner on weekdays. For a year, in his spare time, Valtueña filmed "The Gift", a film based on his own script which became a big hit of the Festival of Barcelona, 2006, which captured the juiciest prize. An independent production that broke the strict rules prevailing in the Spanish and porn, however, exceeded in quality to all that was done at that time in Spain. And in those days in Spain filming much porn. 
The success of "The Gift" called the attention of producer Thagson that Valtueña hired to direct, co-productions with the company that runs the director himself, "World Dog". The project turned out to be mammoth and divided for sale into two parts: "Dog World" and "The resolution". The latter returned to give Valtueña Most Wanted awards in Barcelona, in the latest edition of the tournament that really has no competition, and Berlin. Definitely convinced that through porn could express their talents, Roberto Valtueña began preparing his third feature would be when the crisis. From overnight, the Spanish porn industry disappeared as such, a fact that raises the question of whether or not there was ever an industrial structure in X country. 
Valtueña had outlined the script for the film, the production was ready for shooting and, most importantly, had the promise that Thagson co-produce "The Private Life of Helen Brasal" the title of his next film. Two weeks before shooting began, Thagson informed Robert that he could not participate in the project and left the Barcelona manager at a crossroads.
The world belongs to the brave and Roberto was. It brought together people who normally worked with and talked to people I wanted to collaborate in the future. Everyone explained his idea: create a cooperative to keep doing porn. A cooperative that will produce quality porn and which will add talent and imagination to make films with less money and to sell in markets hitherto unexplored. All believed in the project Robert, a romantic adventure and daring, but grounded in the certainty that the porn industry can survive in the jungle that has been held.
